AI adoption is not tool adoption. It is workflow redesign.

for ctos, vps of engineering, and founders shipping ai-native features.

Most AI rollouts confuse seat counts with leverage. I work on the layer underneath: the review system, the eval harness, and the workflow redesign that makes AI adoption actually compound. Currently building AI‑native features at Kayzen. Co‑Founder and CTO at Riverhouse Technologies.

  • Platform to organize grassroots sports tournaments - registrations, fixtures, schedules, leaderboards, payouts. Real-time updates, mobile-first, organizer tooling.
  • Booking engine for a network of sports turfs across India. Slot availability, peak pricing, cancellation rules, multi-city operator dashboards.

/noteswhat I reach for · opinions, dated

  • +AI adoption is not tool adoption. It is workflow redesign. Most teams are confusing AI adoption with AI tool access. The leverage is not in the seat count, it is in the workflow around the seat.
  • +The new bottleneck is no longer code. It is review. AI-generated code makes review sharper, not lighter. Good teams get faster; messy teams create more invisible rework.
  • +Boring infrastructure, aggressive AI. ClickHouse + Postgres + a single LLM provider. The exotic part should be the product, not the plumbing.
  • +Eval harness before model choice. If you can't measure regression, you can't trust any swap. RAG is easy to demo and hard to trust without one.
  • I don't reach for prompt hacks, generic AI tips, or microservices on day one. They're fine for content. They're not what I'd pick when a real team needs to ship.

Best for: an AI Engineering Productivity Audit, a 30-day Agentic Coding Rollout Sprint, production LLM systems, or AdTech AI advisory. Reach out on linkedin or x with the smallest possible context - I'll come back with a real next step.
